FRICTION TOP BELTS: TRANSPORT IN INCLINED PLANES

Friction Top surfaces succeed in combining plastic and rubber taking advantage both of the reliability and resistance of plastic modular system, and of the adherence the rubber provides. We offer you two versions for the transport in inclined planes for all type of containers:

Series E30 Trian Friction Top: designed as transversal triangular profiles, it provides a contact surface between belt and product which will be bigger or smaller depending on the weight of the product. It is an efficacious and easy-to-clean belt.

Series E30 Flat Friction Top: designed as a rectangular-shaped profile, it is specially advised for very big and heavy containers in order to achieve a long-lasting rubber life, besides a great efficiency.

Both surfaces are manufactured in three Shore grades: A45, A55 and A64, in order to adapt to the different characteristics of the containers existing in the market.
